Cardamom Spice

We sourced authentic ingredients from around the globe to create our product line, sparing no expense nor cutting any corners because we knew that only the finest would do. We weren't satisfied with using Korintje cinnamon (a very good quality indeed), but settled on Vietnamese cinnamon (the Rolls Royce of cinnamon) with the highest oil content (6%) from Vietnam of course! Our signature Cardamom spice is freshly ground from the seeds only and comes from Guatemala. We found the most premium Chinese ginger hailing from . . . . . mmm! You get the idea. All of our other ingredients and spices used were also gathered with the same exacting standards. So what happens when you marry the sweetest, strongest and most aromatic cinnamon in the world with Cardamom, so highly aromatic that it defies the boundaries of normal sensory comparisons plus other premium ingredients? The result is an explosion of flavors in your mouth that your taste buds will thank you for.

We also strive to make our products a healthier alternative by using whole unrefined ingredients because our goal is to not only provide you with a flavorful product, but one that is nutritious and wholesome as well. 100% Wholegrain flours are the preferred flour of choice in our mixes, but we know that you will never guess that once you have tried our products as we believe in healthy indulgence!
