With use of our Cardamom Spice Quick Bread Mix:

 


Cardamom Raisin Nut Bread
:

Add ½ cup raisins and ½ cup pecan pieces to package contents and stir together, add wet ingredients, follow rest of package directions and bake approximately 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Ultimate Cardamom Banana Bread:

Reduce yogurt to ½ cup, add 1 cup mashed overripe bananas to the wet ingredients, follow rest of package directions and bake approximately 65-75 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cardamom Apple Bread:

Reduce yogurt to ½ cup, add 2 peeled, grated or chopped Granny Smith apples to the wet ingredients, follow rest of package directions and bake approximately 65-75 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cardamom Sweet Potato/Pumpkin Bread:

Reduce yogurt to ½ cup, add 1 cup sweet potato or pumpkin puree to wet ingredients, follow rest of package directions and bake approximately 65-75 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cardamom Cherry Orange Bread:

Add ¾ cup coarsely chopped cherries (can substitute with cranberries) to package contents and stir together, reduce yogurt to ½ cup, add ½ cup orange juice and 1 tablespoon orange zest to wet ingredients, follow rest of package directions and bake approximately 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cardamom Carrot Bread:

Add ½ cup golden raisins to package contents and stir together, reduce yogurt to ½ cup, add 8oz. can of well drained crushed pineapple along with 1½ cups of finely grated carrots to wet ingredients, follow rest of package directions and bake approximately 65-75 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cardamom Espresso Chocolate Bread:

Add 1 cup mini chocolate chips to package contents and stir together, reduce yogurt to ½ cup, add ½ cup freshly brewed and cooled strong espresso (freshly brewed espresso yields the best results but can substitute with instant espresso powder dissolved in warm water) to wet ingredients, follow rest of package directions and bake approximately 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Wholesome Cardamom Oatmeal Raisin Bread:

Add 1 cup quick cooking oats and ½ cup raisins to package contents and stir together, add ½ cup applesauce to wet ingredients, follow rest of package directions and bake approximately 65-75 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cardamom Almond Apricot Bread:

Add ½ cup almond meal (ground almonds with skins on) and ¾ cup chopped up dried apricots to package contents and stir together, add ½ teaspoon pure almond extract to wet ingredients, follow rest of package directions and bake approximately 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cardamom Zucchini Nut Bread
:

Add ½ cup chopped walnuts to package contents and stir together, reduce yogurt to ½ cup, add 1 cup grated zucchini (can substitute with summer squash) to wet ingredients, follow rest of package directions and bake approximately 65-75 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cardamom Pecan Banana Bread:

Add ½ cup pecan meal (ground pecans with skins on) to package contents and stir together, reduce yogurt to ½ cup, add 1 cup mashed overripe bananas to wet ingredients, bake 65-75 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cardamom Date Nut Bread:

Add ½ cup chopped walnut (or any nut of your choice) to package contents and stir together. Pour ½ cup boiling water over 1 cup coarsely chopped and pitted dates (can substitute with figs), stir, cover and leave to soak for at least 30 minutes or until cooled. Add the cooled date mixture, including the liquid, to the wet ingredients, follow rest of package directions and bake approximately 65-75 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cardamom Lemon Blueberry Bread:

Reduce yogurt to ¾ cup, add ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice along with 1 tablespoon lemon zest to wet ingredients. Add 1½ cups fresh or frozen blueberries (do not thaw) to package contents and stir together. Follow rest of package directions, bake approximately 65-75 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. To glaze, whisk 1 cup confectioners' sugars with 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice and pour over top of cooled bread and let it drizzle down the sides.

Cardamom Pina Colada Bread:

Add ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut to package contents and stir together, reduce yogurt to ½ cup, add ½ cup coconut cream (do not use coconut milk) and 8oz. can of well drained crushed pineapple to wet ingredients, follow rest of package directions and bake approximately 65-75 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cardamom Amaretto Cherry Bread:

Reduce yogurt to ½ cup, add ½ cup amaretto to wet ingredients, fold in 1 cup sour or bing cherries pitted, and halved into batter, bake approximately 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cardamom Double Chocolate Bread :

Add ½ cup premium unsweetened cocoa powder (not Dutch process) to package contents and blend together with a wire whisk, stir in 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips (60% or higher). Follow rest of package directions and bake approximately 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
