My mom took the Cardamom Crunch, and instead of peeling apples and all that, she just bought apple pie filling. It worked great and tasted AMAZING!!!!!!! She made another batch and this time she used peach pie filling! It was also AH-MAZZZZINNNGG!

For the Cardamom Quick Bread, she added red and green candied cherries, walnut pieces, and dates, and made it like a fruit cake, it was absolutely fabulous!!! She served it warm with butter we were going crazy. There is soooo much you can do with the quick bread mix! It is absolutely delicious and you would never guess that it was from a mix.

We just wanted to let you know that you have got a good product in your hands!!!! Your mixes are so delicious and we are forever fans of them.

I made the Cardamom Spice Bread and put a slice in my daughter's lunch box for her morning snack. When she got home from school she asked " Mom, that bread you gave me, can I have more?" I cut her another slice & she said "bigger please", pretty high praise from a 5 year old. I can't wait to try some of the variations! This is definately a pantry staple. Shhh, don't tell my daughter it's healthy.

We've tried both your Quick Bread and the Cardamom Crunch, and we simply love them!!. The taste of cardamom, cinnamon and ginger makes a big difference, and gives your products an amazing & unique taste. We just used your directions on the back of the pack and it was so easy to make, we cannot wait to try the different variations. What we love the most about your products are of course the taste, but I have to say; it feels good to know that it is also healthy and natural! We live in Norway, but after tasting the Quick bread while on holiday in Raleigh we just had to take some back to Europe! All our friends loved it. We hope that we will be able to buy your products here soon. Thank you for a delicious product!!!

Cardamom Creations Cardamom Bread is my favorite quick bread hands-down. The mix is so versatile, the possibility for creations from cakes and muffins to desserts is endless. Try adding ingredients from your pantry to really guild the lily - shredded carrots, pineapple, raisins and coconut for muffins and loaves and even pancakes. Layer bread with fruit and whipped cream in a tall glass for a spectacular trifle. On its own it is great with coffee or tea, but even as a snack I found it irresistible. I appreciate the dedication to use the best ingredients and I can feel confident serving Cardamom Creations' nutritious products to my friends and family. Keep up the good work and I look forward to more products in the future!

I have quickly fallen in love with Cardamom Creations quick bread - the Cardamom Expresso Chocolate chip variation! I was amazed how easy it was to prepare, and the suggestions to make it lower in fat rewarded me with an excellent product. My mother's birthday is this week, and although I will not be able to fly to Florida for a visit; I have sent on a package of Cardamom Creations for her to make an exotic birthday treat.
